Lost or Stolen Packages
Brightly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
